Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapists (OT's) evaluate and treat patients to improve function in the activities of daily living. They treat a variety of diseases and disorders and therapists can be employed in a wide spectrum of settings. Treatment in the home is unique and effective because it allows for the therapist to not only work with the patient but also with family and loved ones in the setting that is most important for the patient.
